My fiance bought me a gold bangle and paid £185 for it for Valentines Day, I noticed it had a small dint on it and taken it back today only to be told I cannot get a financial refund. They will either have it sent away to be repaired or I could swop it for another one.
When I asked to speak to the Manager I was told the Assistant Manager wasn't in until Wednesday. I advised I'd issue Proceedings against them in the County Court for my money back; 'Charlie' rang the Manger who told her I could spend up to £220 in the store. I declined, its the principle and the workmanship was of such a poor quality, why would I want to buy something from there again?
What has happened to Consumer Rights? I'm a Hospice Nurse and work blummin hard, providing excellent patient care and always going that extra mile for patients and families.
I will tell everyone I meet to avoid the place. Coincidently, there were no customers in the store.
