I watched a customer ask for a certain loach £25. worth, cause it would 'nt come out of the bog wood he shook that peice of wood, banged it on the side, held the wood out of the tank hoping the poor thing would drop back into the tank through total exhaustion from lack of oxygen, cause it wouldnt come out,he hammered it on the side of the tank, every fish quivering with sheer fright, I looked at the prospective customer, shook my heard, and asked her, if she really wanted to actually pay for a half shaken to death traumatised fish, thankfully she deceided to go to the restaraunt for a cup of tea while he continued his darstadly deed, if she had any sense she would have made her escape, left the store and saved her the bother of bring it back dead the next day.
He needs a real talking to, and dont try and hide behind the very nice older man who sometimes assists on the aquarium section, who is the totally opposite of old captain hook the fish destroyer: Talking to my friend who also experienced similar fish treatment at the store: Buy the way the flowers, plants are beautiful, Highly reccommend this shop for the garden: a very pleasant experience, everything you could want for your garden is sold here.
