TERRIBLE........ STAY AWAY FROM PAUL. UNLESS YOU WANT…read moreYOUR X SPOUSE TO REALLY SCREW YOU WITH PAULS HELP. Paul Kirner was terrible. Before I new it I signed up with him to represent me in my divorce. I was meek and not sure and confident of my process. I looked to Paul to represent me in my best interest. He DID NOT. Paul agreed to take the lowest quote for the value of our home. Paul said I was better off then most women he represented. He never fought for me, and as 3 other attorneys reviewed my case, all said, "he did you an in Justice". My Q-dro was not settled until way past the one year period, so that after I started to realize how he just did not respect my case and me as a woman, I asked for all my records and paperwork back .... I went to an other attorney and it was too late to go back and have my divorce reconciled. Ladies STAY AWAY FROM PAUL. And his son has the arrogance to say I still owe them money and they added interest to it. One attorney said I lost out on atlas $300,000.00 because of my attorney.

Mr. Eastlake Ohio, never placed his house up for sale or moved to Texas. I've confirmed with Berkshire Hathaway, they have never met the man nor was the house ever placed on the market. Something tells me his wife never moved out of their house either and divorce charges were never filed. Maybe Mr. Riehl would be available to represent me, now.

She said it was something she would be able to handle and wanted to help. I paid the retainer she requested and waited to hear something from her. Fast forward eight months later, after 18 unanswered phone calls, multiple unanswered emails, and no communication whatsoever I asked for a refund of the $1000.00 I gave her minus any cost of the documents she said she drafted in April. She did refund the full amount after I told her I would stop at the Strongsville Police Station if I didn't get a response by the next day. In the event she wants to say she never worked with me I have proof. Maureen Zito mfz@mzitolaw.com Jun 26, 2023, 6:53PM to me I have to get pre-approval of qualified domestic relations orders we prepared, before we all sign, submit to the Judge and then send to the Plan administrator. The Office of Personnel Management will review them. If we don't get pre-approval, we could end up doing them all over again. Maureen Nancy Jun 27, 2023, 8:40AM to Dale, Maureen Wow, how easy it would be to have a conversation in these last 6 months since texts and emails get no response. So I guess I'll type my questions and hope to get a reply sometime in the near future. WHAT was going to be sent over the weekend? WHO has to pre-approve the orders? WHAT REASONS would it not be approved? HOW MUCH LONGER do we wait for the preapproval? WHY couldn't this have been in process months ago? WHAT PAPERWORK were you referring to in your text on March 23rd? "You are not bothering me. I DRAFTED PAPERWORK and need to get it out to your ex. Thanks for the nudge. Stay dry!" (text you sent March 23rd) NUDGED on March 23?? I would like a copy of the qualified domestic relations orders you prepared. How much of my retainer has been used, what is the balance? 1-10 - debit card charged $1000.00 3-23 - nudged or reminded I guess 6-27 - still not a clue what's going on I need to know the details.
