She has a very kind demeanor and made what would have been a scary process into a positive experience. The office staff is a mixed bag. Some are very professional and helpful, some are not. I asked to see a copy of my bill before paying and someone from the billing department insisted on speaking to me over the phone so she could argue with me and be snippy and sarcastic because they had already mailed a bill and I guess she was upset that I asked to look at it before paying? Maybe the printer ink comes directly out of her check. I would come back here for care again but be prepared to advocate for yourself quite a bit throughout your pregnancy, delivery and postpartum.

Today is November 13th and there's no appointments until December 11th !! Besides scheduling , my son saw another provider at the same practice and that was the worst experience. That doctor barely saw him and prescribed him an allergy medication for a 3+ week long cough , but told me it was cough medicine . That has to be against some type of policy ! I drive nearly 45 minutes out of my way just to see him, and I refuse to go to any other gynecologist. I only wish that his office was open all week instead of just Monday-Thursday, but I believe that's because he has another office at a different location. Also, you may have to wait some time in the examination room for him to see you, but what doctor doesn't make you wait forever?

The pain has never stopped. Secondly, he seemed to be in a hurry. He didn't ask me about my symptoms. He did a quick exam and didn't see anything so he dismissed my pain to be period-related. No. I know my body. I know when there is something horribly wrong. I have several abnormal symptoms that I don't have with my period. Listed below are the symptoms I am having.
