We go in weekly to get crickets for our chameleon. When we need help it's easy to find someone. The staff is very kind and educated about a variety of pets. I like learning new things about animals. They do have cat/kitten adoptions at the front, I think this is through a local animal group. There is a variety of furry and not-so-furry pets too. They have a large supply of accessories for all kinds of animals. I've not used the groomers there, but they seem to stay pretty busy. read more

John helped me and was very patient and pleasant while doing so . I was at this location earlier looking for chicken bone broth for my cats and couldn't find it (because come to find out it was in the dog aisle) anywho my first visit the man who helped me didn't know what I was talking about or where it was and showed me little options if products I already knew of. Not what I was looking for. I saw online that what I was looking for was there so I went back later that evening and a different gentleman helped me. His name was John. He knew exactly where to take me and showed me how to do prove check which I was so happy about. Plus he was so chill and carried himself well with great positive vibes. Im very happy with my visit, thank you ! read more

I will not be going to Petco anymore. They are now charging .10 cents per bag. I check out and the cashier and I were standing there. I asked may I have a bag she said they're $.10 I had already paid I was not even offered if I wanted to buy a bag. If you shop at Petco, you're spending a lot of money on your dog food on your cat food so why we can't have it bag is beyond me. I will now order all my pet food online and not from Petco. read more

Great selection, clean facilities, and always have what I want in stock. When we chose to start buying our dog food through Petco, I asked an associate to provide some suggestions and she proceeded to spend about fifteen minutes with me explaining the best foods and which would be the most ideal to give my three dogs. The person I believe to be the manager is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, however I removed a star because it's as if certain staff members are totally clueless. I lost out on the opportunity to earn points towards my My Pal Rewards because the associates couldn't locate my information, which had been entered into their system by another associate, not myself. All in all, the best place in town to shop for all things pet related! read more

I was a Foster and Smith customer and had Rx's for several pets with them. Also had my Vet info with them - now everything is gone - POOF! since Petco bought them out. It is also really difficult to contact them - Chat doesn't work and trying to call is really useless - end up terminating call after several minutes because 'higher then usual call volume...' seems to be the only message you get...really bad' Petco's Foster and Smith customer transition was also really bad. read more

Oh yeah, this place is great. I've been by at least a dozen times and not once have we entered without being greeted by at least one person. The staff is super friendly, the store is kept tidy, and there's constantly new product lining the shelves. The animals look happy and well cared for too, unlike a certain pet store in town I know. The pic attached below is of our kitty "Key". She's quite energetic so we thought we'd give walking a try. Key had some disagreements with the idea. But, when we went to return the harness and leash we bought a staff member inspected it thoroughly to see if it was safe to put back on the shelf. I like that they took the time to do this. Anyways, more pics of the inside to come! read more

Nice store. Great helpful staff. Just a smaller version store compared to other cities.

Love this store, I also love their whole hearted dog food! Great prices too! Tara is a great groomer!

Staff is friendly and helpful. On one occasion I lifted a bag of dog food and it split open spilling on the floor, I located a sales associate and just asked for some tape so I could tape it up and carry it out. She gladly obliged and offered me a discount. I told her I didn't need a discount since I caused the problem. She insisted on the discount despite my protest. It is a smaller Petco than some found in larger cities. They are very supportive of the local animal shelter read more

Love shopping here but will probably take my dog elsewhere for her next haircut. The groomer said she accidentally zipped the top of her tail because my dog sat down (which she does when anyone tries to comb/trim her hind end) which I didn't mind cause she's an outside dog, not a show dog. She said she had to "blend" this mistake as much as she could but I am not sure how big of a mess up it was to need the "poodle special" (refer to attached picture.) I told her to do an inch length at the shortest just to even everything out. My dog is a border collie and shouldn't ever be shaved all the way down for obvious reasons. Besides that fact, it looks like she also she snipped at her toes too. The picture is kind of hard to show but it is red and she won't let me shake her paw. On her back legs she got shaved down pretty bare to the point that her skin looked red and irritated. She refuses to let me get a picture of that. I feel terrible for taking my dog there and will probably take her to the vet next time and hope for a better experience. read more
