Next, she did a photo shoot for a friend of mine and the pictures turned out fabulous so I knew these were going to be good! Lastly, and this was a big one, she came to my house and did the photo shoot in our living room which made it so much easier for my family. I was photographing my daughter who is 1 and has her own set of needs at this age in contrast to my son, who is 2 (nuff said). This was much more manageable at home and a huge relief when considering the logistics for getting pictures taken of two rambunctious little ones. We got amazing photos back that I'll treasure for the rest of my life. As if you need any more reasons to call Patty, she's fabulous with children and a very lovely person. ^-^

We are absolutely thrilled with the photos, and so is my family. From an organizational perspective, they are just as talented as their photography skills. Erin sent me contracts promptly and, when COVID changed our plans, she sent us the revised documentation quickly. We knew what to expect and the whole experience was straightforward. My brother referred me to Tetrad Opus after he and his wife had Krystle take their 2017 wedding photos. My family is very happy with Krystle's services and also the affordable price in an industry where it's difficult to find quality photography without blowing the budget. The only thing is... the picture was from 1938 and was of the Hatfield Family from the Hatfield and McCoy family feud. It's also the original picture and last photo of the Hatfield family during the last family reunion. my grandfather was 6yrs old in this photo. I just had to get a copy of our huge family from this major point in our American History. S&S photography went above and beyond!! not only did they do this project for me last minute- the day before I was leaving to head back home- but they made me TWO copies and they did it in less than 6hrs PLUS framed them for me in way that it looks just like the original picture frame. the copies that were made were even brightened to be able to see the details in the photo better. on top of that, they also copied my great-grandmothers handwriting onto the back of both copies. SO MUCH THOUGHT AND LOVE WAS PUT INTO THIS! They are just absolutely amazing. I will be back in town to continue going through family keepsakes and this will be where I go EVERY TIME! Thank You Steve

The reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because I was treated disrespectfully by Tina. We had rented white table linens and when they were put on the tables we noticed stains on all but 1. Large stains. When my husband contacted her she said that these were the only white ones they had, at this point in time, but that she would bring ivory ones or give us a refund. Well we didn't have a choice because the event was the next day so we told her to bring the ivory ones. She told us if we wanted perfect linens we should want new ones. When she delivered the ivory ones she told me I needed to quit being so OCD about them and that even new ones have spots on them. She took no responsibility for the stained linens. She was very rude to me and made comments about it not being her fault we waited too late to rent. Well I live in Arizona and just traveled in for the holidays and the party, and my sister, who rented the stuff, also lives out of town. She said they don't normally rent them but she did it for us (although table linens are listed on the rental page on their website). I don't expect perfect, but I at least expect clean. I don't think I would be so mad if she had been nicer about it all, but as a business owner/manager( or whatever she is) it is her responsibility to make sure what she gives to customers is good quality. Especially if she is going to charge $90 for 7 table linens. I don't mind paying that, but I expect good quality. Thankfully our event went well and nobody noticed that the table lines were ivory but the other things were white.
