She sent us a photo when it was delivered and we were utterly APPALLED by what we saw. Not only did it look NOTHING like arrangement we paid for, it had maybe half the flowers it should have (see pic). After about 2 hours spent between online chats and a phone conversation that went around in circles for a good 30 minutes a replacement arrangement was ordered and was delivered the next day. This one was fuller, but again looked NOTHING like the photo. I thought about demanding a refund, but my mother in law was happy with them and their customer service is so horrible I just didn't have the heart to deal with them again. And I will never order from them again. I will never use this company again.

We discussed another design with an ombre effect of red on top then pink and then white roses at the bottom. I gave her a $120.00 budget + $20.00 delivery. I asked for a picture before it was sent out since I was out of town and not attending the funeral. I got the picture and noticed one of my daughters names was spelled incorrectly on the card. She said it was already delivered and I requested it be corrected and suggested for her to call the funeral director to replace the card. She sent a new card so that made me satisfied. I have heard the arrangement received many compliments. The attached paper card looks cheap and should be more elegant and sophisticated. It does not match the beauty of the rest of the arrangement. Overall I am satisfied because it looks sweet and feminine for a grandma from her 3 granddaughters.

This place offers so much in the way of indoor and outdoor plants, pots, and every other plant accessory under the sun. I always manage to find hidden gems in this space and honestly, some of my favorite plants and pots that I've gotten (and there are a lot of them) are from here! The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I brought my friend here who wanted to start getting into maintaining indoor plants in her new home. She picked out a few succulents and a gorgeous pot from Olive's Bloombox and they happily potted all of them into the pot for her to take home. They are so incredible and their stock is constantly changing, so go often & search high and low! There are always some seriously unique gems here that I can never find anywhere else and I love them for it. :)

So on my way back I passed another business and was looking at things in the windows and at the end I saw some plants. So I go in and talked the young lady and she was very kind and helpful and took her time to show me what she had to sell. I picked out three cute little plants and she off to box them together since I was walking. It was a really great experience and look forward to returning again.

I asked for pink and purple non-fragrant flowers, then gave the budget of $100 including tip and delivery. That left about $75 for the actual bouquet. The delivery was very easy and arrived to my sister's house well before noon! I would recommend asking for specific flowers, but I do think they dd a lovely job meeting my requirements. My sister said the flowers are still alive a few days later :)
