Our little chubby kitty (we've been trying to get her to lose weight for years, hasn't worked) has a pretty sensitive tummy and so there's really only one food that keeps her stomach happy. Global has it, is always willing to put it aside for me, has the Air Miles program and usually has some sort of promotional coupon if you go on their mailing list (i.e. spend over $50 get 10% off etc.). Other than the massive bag of food and a few cans of wet stuff every few months we really don't pop in too often so there's really not much more I can grade them on. She doesn't play with most toys other than crumpled paper or light reflected from cell phone and we get her litter elsewhere. But when we do need to stock up on her Acana cat food, Global carries it, the staff is friendly and the aforementioned promos and coupons are nice. So no complaints from this pet owner with pretty simple needs!

My dog is nervous and they made him hate grooming. Last time l was there, Eden, the groomer, was yelling at me, yes, yelling, because my dog didn't cooperate with her and she wanted me to bring him every 2 months instead of 6, though l told her he hates grooming and once he sees the place, he refuses to leave the car. She charged me double and when l tipped her in her hand, she didn't even bother to say thank you. I called the supervisor and she offered a refund as an apology, and when l told her l won't bring him back for full grooming, they blocked me from all petsmart branches. PATHETIC and vindictive. I have never seen such an attitude!

PetPlanet is a pet store I stumbled upon with my dog named Dude and have been a regular of for the…read morelast year, the staff in PetPlanet are extremely friendly, love animals and are very knowledgeable about various pet products. There are 3 staff that work at the Brant Street location and all of them are terrific, if you haven't experienced this store before check it out on a Friday which is the day when you get free dog treats if you bring your dog into the location with NO PURCHASE necessary. Be warned the prices on much of the products in the store are rather expensive but that is because the quality of the product is above what you will find at most locations however there are several decent products to buy which are rather cheap such as their individual cookies, pig ears and raw or baked marrow bones which are three of my dogs favorite treats. They also price match, once confirmed they will match the price of a competitor for identical items. This location also offers a full self-washing facility complete with a locking door and locking gate for their tub which is large enough to accommodate several hundred pounds of dog (it makes me 102 pound lab look small). Do yourself a favor and experience what Mike and others have to offer at this location and I'm sure you'll keep coming back specifically to say hello to them and just be in a friendly environment.

Scott and Jenn have a true love for pets and the beach community. Their newborn, Eloise, is adorable and brings lots of smiles to everyone. It's really fun to shop in such a happy atmosphere.
