Terrible place to take your dog for haircut. I took my dog there they charged me 110.00. He was there for about 40 minutes and was the worst cut I've ever seen. Literally looked like a 4 year old kid took some clippers and just hacked him up. I will never take my dog there again I got totally ripped off. I don't think they deserve this one star read more

Don't trust your animals to this place. My small breed dog, Rascal suffered severe gashes to his snout by an impatient groomer using grooming clippers. I understand that mistakes can happen but the groomer, Kim failed to even tell me about these gashes and I had to find out on my own after I got home. Kim was very unfriendly from the start, acted like she hated her job (refer to other fb reviews on the fb page). Upon arrival Kim informed me that my dogs 2:00 appt was her last appt for the day and that I needed to be there in 45 minutes to pick up my dog. He was getting a wash/dry, clipper cut, nail trim etc all in 45 minutes.. I thought ok I'll try my best to be there as I was picking up my 9 year old from school.. My dog sensed that Kim was not nice and did not want to go to her. He was dragging his paws the opposite direction of her and I had to physically lift him up and hand him over to her. A choice I horribly regret.. I come back to pick my dog up to see Kim more impatient then at drop off, itching to leave.. She informed me my dog had destroyed his leash. The leash was completely chewed through.. Im guessing dog was tied up somewhere in the back and stressed to the point of chewing himself free of his leash.. so I thought that was strange, purchased a new leash and paid $50 and left. Not 15 minutes later my 9 year old is crying bc she sees 2 large gashes in her fur baby's snout. That dog is her bff and most loyal companion.The poor dog suffered 2 gashes one to his lip and the other on the side of his snout. You could see pink flesh! One appeared to need stitches so I applied a steristrip to the area. I called my vet and they said I did the right thing and to keep it clean. My dog obviously would have yelped and these gashes were bleeding and noticeable, why did she fail to tell me?! Why bc she was in such a hurry that she made a painful mistake on my dog and was too much of a coward to own up to it. She cares more about herself and her schedule. She should not work w living things!!! I will never entrust my animal to that place again. I spoke w Kenyatta and she couldn't guarantee a refund. I offered to show her pics and she said no and she believed me. If she believed me then why didn't she make it right, right away? More importantly than money why does that woman still work there after I have read numerous 1star reviews given by other customers on the fb page saying similar things I'm saying?! I'm horrified. Horrible service and the fish were in horrible condition and the tanks were disgusting. Very disappointed in their care for the animals. I wouldn't even use their fish as feeders and their Rosie's were giant.. I'm assuming due to how horrible the care of the animals were. read more
