I got her on Feb. 1st. 2023 . 2 days later off to their vet. KENNEL COUGH. treatment turned into pneumonia. Their vet sent her to the emergency hospital. They saved her life. We came here recently to get our puppies shots and it was such an amazing experience. It was very…read moreeasy to make an appointment. The check in process was seamless. We were brought back to our room very quickly. Chelsea took care of us in preparation for the vet and she was a delight. She was so gentle with our puppy and made him feel safe. Chelsea took his weight first. Next we did the shots, our little boy was very scared but Chelsea held him securely. The vet was also very nice and listened to my concerns. She even took time to help me trim his nails. They gave him treats when he was finished and he loved it. When we were checking out the lady at the front desk coordinated with our rescue and squared away the payment. They gave us clear instructions for his medicine and worm prevention. We also got a bag with goodies for our Astro. It was a great experience and we are grateful for our new lifetime vet for Astro.
