It is a request for an appointment for that date and time. Since we would have been a new client, we had no idea that we were supposed to receive a text IF they decided to accept it. What exactly was the point of offering the dates and times if not to make the appointment?? Absolutely no respect for the time we committed (and would have wasted) due to their lack of communication.

They were "this your dog? Ok, see you when you get back". Nice folks but a completely unprofessional operation with cut rate facility's for the dogs. Standard wire pens attached to caged runs. They even leave a TV on in each room to keep the dogs (and cats) company. They also have a large outdoor (artificial turf) fenced play area that's pawsome, complete with a fire hydrant and play equipment. The staff are all very professional but kind and friendly. They are all pet owners so they understand how worrisome it can be to leave your fur baby in a strange place. Finn has many friends at D'Tails now.
