I started noticing I could not get an appointment. My calls would get rejected text messages would say: read: but never no response. I called her off of my husband's phone she answered right away and I said maybe it's my phone. Are you not getting my text messages? to which she lied and said oh no I didn't. I found that weird, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and said that's OK. I would like to have my dog groomed. I have a golden doodle puppy. He is not feisty nor aggressive. Never had any complaint from her for a few times I brought him in, but for some reason, she is not letting me know why she is ignoring my calls and not responding to my text messages. I referred my friend to her and she accepted her appointment right away within minutes. something is very wrong and weird here, she also told me she had to do multiple surgeries and she will be out of work for months. to which I said I hope you are well and you recover just let me know when you are up and running. so I figured she was going through her own situation, but now I'm thinking was she making up lies? just to not take the appointment ? that is very unprofessional and disrespectful. If you dont want to groom my dog anymore for some odd reason that would've been OK. just let me know what was wrong or give me a reason as to why do you not want to take my dog for grooming? I paid exactly what Tina would request plus tip. everytime is that how you treat your so-called clients? she works out of her basement in her home. Again, I don't know what went wrong but that's not how you treat people. I have attached two pictures with text messages which clearly shows she reads my messages as soon as I send it, but it's just not interested to respond. We never did anything wrong to Tina or her business so I'm not sure what happened here but I am very disappointed.

I decided to consult with the woman working at the grooming check in, and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and encouraged me to follow my intuition about the possibility of a UTI. The rates for overnight boarding have gone up dramatically in the past year or so. Buyer beware…read more Also, there's a $10 per day surcharge for boarding dogs on holidays. When I boarded my two little dogs over the weekend I did not expect to be hit with $40 surcharges plus additional sales taxes. That was a surprise. The owner came out and explained that while it wasn't a holiday, it was winter break for schools so I was charged holiday rates for both nights for each dog. She was also defensive. She said her rates "are competitive" with other dog boarding facilities. A check of online websites showed me that her statement is not accurate. Camp Bow Wow's rates are higher. Some kennels charge more to board larger dogs, but at Camp Bow Wow we all pay the same rate even though my dogs are tiny. I've been a loyal customer for years. The staff has done well for my dogs. While I agree that good work should be compensated, but I disagree with the lack of notification. No one likes surprises. If you're planning to charge me holiday rates on non-holidays, you should tell me in advance or put in it writing on your website. That's only fair.

I made an appointment at the Clifton Park Petco to have our two and a half year old long-haired Chihuahua get his first professional grooming since we had been there two or three times to have his nails cut. We had always trimmed his coat ourselves. So off to Petco we went. But I had mistakenly made an appointment at PetSmart in Clifton Park! So we went to PetSmart in Clifton Park and didn't know what to expect since we had never been there before and this was the first time our dog was having this done. When we came back a few hours later our dog was the best he has ever looked! An amazing job by a young woman named Amanda. She did exactly what we asked her to do. Looks like our days of trimming Chip's nails and cutting his hair are over.

Cashier rang it up and it came up full price. cashier accompanied me to display and agreed that dish was 1/2 price. cashier was unable to change price, so called manager who was rude and refused to to sell item for price from display, stating she hadn't had time to change the SKUs on the product. Obviously shopping at the Clifton Park Petsmart is not customer friendly. We never had an issue with this store until yesterday and this manager. Goodbye PetSmart!
