10,000% Recommend. RJ was very kind and welcoming when we brought our pet to be put to rest. Their prices are pretty competitive compared to others we contacted and they had the absolute BEST reviews so we are glad we chose Pet Passages. It is a very clean, welcoming place. They have tons of options and tons of urns/boxes to choose from. We have 10 other dogs because we used to be pet fosters for pets with health issues but ended up giving in and giving them a furever home. They do an amazing job taking care of your furbabies and are very quick. We will definitely go back here when any of our other pets pass. read more

It is still difficult to write this since it hasn't been two months since my sweet Lily passed away. She had been diagnosed with cancer in early October and passed the weekend before Thanksgiving of last year. I woke up to find she had passed peacefully in her sleep. I was frantic because I was in shock and didn't know what steps to take next. Luckily, one of my besties recommended Pet Passages. I elected to bring her to the facility instead of having them pick her up because I wanted to be with her every step of the way. RJ was so kind and caring when we dropped Lily off. He gave us time to say our goodbyes before leaving her. I was able to schedule viewing her cremation as my final goodbye and returned that following Monday. Pet Passages made a paw print impression, cut a lock of her fur, and placed her ashes in a velvet pouch. My heart is forever broken but I am grateful to RJ and Pet Passages for honoring Lily with dignity and care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. read more

This place is so special. The space is clean, you have privacy, and the care they put into everything is unmatched. I had put flowers and a crystal in with my cat without any expectations of what they would do with it. When I picked up his ashes we were informed that all of it went in with him which touched my heart. We received his wooden box with an engraved name plate, his paw print, and a packet of wild flower seeds which again, touched my heart. His ashes came in a beautiful velvet bag, which was also engraved. "Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge". So beautiful. It is very clear that my boy was in the best possible hands. I cannot thank Pet Passages enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I would give 100 stars if I could. read more

They made our dream come true for our family. Thank you so much for being so gentle and kind with us during this heart wrenching time. It turned into such a blessing. We held our babies in our arms as they each went to Rainbow Bridge. Of course, each time their ashes were returned in beautiful cedar boxes we chose. A precious paw print. And a very thoughtful and understanding card from them packaged up perfectly. No matter what we have to do without, our animals will always come first in our lives. Thank you all again so much. You have given us more than you know. !!! read more

Truly a place where pets matter and are treated like family...the worst day I have had in a very long time was eased when I met RJ. I had just come from our Vet of manner years who eased Champ's pain. Rj told me it would be a couple days and he would call. He called as promised and I went to get Champ to bring him home, everything was just as RJ said. Today i am going to plant the seed of his remembrance in a quiet place in the back yard. I am confident that I could not have made a better selection of a place to offer the services they do. Above and beyond for sure. Thanks again. read more

For those that find themselves making the gut-wrenching decision to humanely euthanize and cremate a beloved pet, I encourage you to consider your options. Many places for euthanasia will have a partnered crematorium but you have a choice. I personally chose Pet Passages because of location to me, previous reviews and because I was able to make these decisions from home at any hour online. I chose a private cremation to ensure that only my pet's remains were returned to me but they have a great process to do a semi-private cremation if it fits your needs. The facility is clean, calm and caring focusing on your needs. Should we be in the same scenario, and we probably will as we are meant to outlive our furry family members, we will use Pet Passages again. I highly recommend. read more

I will put it simply. If you are in the terrible place of losing a pet, you must go here. The caring people at Pet Passages made the painful process of our pets passing bearable. We lost our dog of 16 years in July. Then last week our cat of 20 years began failing. Just knowing that Pet Passage was there for us made the process better. I knew when it was time he would have a peaceful and dignified ending. I don't know how I would have gotten through the process. I could not recommend them enough. The words aren't strong enough to say how wonderful everyone there is every time you need them. But I will say thank you. read more

You can imagine how hard it must to loose a pet and picking your little darling up in a box. The young lady that handed me my beautiful boy was very caring. Can't say enough good things about Pet Passages and specifically RJ. We took our 15 year old pug today to be cremated as he passed peacefully yesterday. From the initial phone call to receiving his ashes just hours later, RJ was sympathetic, comforting, patient and professional. He explained the process and helped us pick out what we wanted without any pressure during this difficult time. He made the cremation process bearable and we knew our pet was in good hands and ready for his trip to the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you again RJ!! read more

I have used Pet Passages twice, and both experiences were excellent. RJ is very caring and helpful. Me and my pets were treated gently. The first time I had to call was a Sunday morning, and RJ came and met me at their office. I was so relieved, when my vet told me about them, because when I called to try and make arrangements at another company (my cat had cancer and I was trying to plan ahead - to avoid extra upset when the time came). The other company was less than friendly, which was upsetting, because I had used them in the past. The second time was a Friday afternoon, and it was just before closing, the day after Tropical Storm/Hurricane Ian. My vet called and RJ waited for us to bring my sweet girl to him. Both times, RJ was super patient and I never felt rushed or pushed to make my decisions. I truly appreciate the compassion and excellent service provided by Pet Passages. . read more

When I tell you these are the most caring people I mean it! Our little doggie passed away unexpectedly at a late hour around 10 pm. I called and they were so caring on the phone and had no problem meeting my husband there. The whole process was quick so you weren't left waiting for your pet to come home. And to top everything off RJ even met my husband to return out doggie when he was unable to get there during their hours. They went above and beyond. I hope no one has to go through this but it's a fact of life. When that time comes please take my advice and call these people. I in no way felt like we were just a number. The caring is real. My husband said the inside was extremely nice and comforting. You have my condolences if you are here reading this. Just, please take my advice and chose them. read more
