Finally contacted Lisa directly to schedule a date. Six months later. No problem. We were able to book a session within a week or two after the call. Lisa came to our home, on time, fully prepared and ready to shoot. Armed with every whistle, bell and squeaker that elicited the most wonderful expressions from our girls. Lisa spent over an hour with us taking photos in several key areas outside. Once our session was done we met with Lisa at her studio two weeks later. We were so overwhelmed with the amount of great images that we decided to go home and think it over only to book another appointment. Again, no problem. We were able to take our time, make out decisions and within 2-4 weeks later, and in time for the holidays we had our photos to proudly show our visitors. Lisa's prices are very reasonable and her work is absolutely stunning. We cannot thank Lisa enough for giving us a very enjoyable day during our shoot and photos to cherish for a lifetime. Each time, Michele consistently arrived in the early evenings so they could all stay on schedule. She followed our rather detailed "system" for feeding them, checking their water, and cleaning the litter pans for the indoor ones. She managed to get pictures of even the most shy, elusive ones (both indoor and out) and routinely provided updates to assure us that all was well. She brought in the mail and cultivated a warm and caring relationship with both our cats and us. We felt perfectly comfortable with leaving our pets in her capable hands while away. Your response via telephone when this action was discovered was that because the plastic unmarked pill container was in close proximity to the dog's food, you thought that it was meant for the dog. A telephone number was left on the counter for you to call with questions, but you opted to text instead. When no response was received (text was never received), you decided it was proper to give the dog the medicine. The effect on Greta was quite profound and required 1 1/2 days and medical treatment at the Glen Mills Veterinary Hospital to save her from a life threating event. The charges from the hospital totaled $544.60 plus $59 billed by the SPCA Poison Control Center. During our initial and only telephone conversation you apologized for the mistake but said little else. Six email messages, two text messages, and 1 telephone call later, all went unanswered. According to your website, you are insured and bonded so payment for your irresponsible actions should have been offered up immediately. It was not. I sincerely hope that anyone reading this review understands the rationale for it. We almost lost our precious pet, due to very poor judgment and a horrific decision made by Laura. Be warned.
