She followed our rather detailed "system" for feeding them, checking their water, and cleaning the litter pans for the indoor ones. She managed to get pictures of even the most shy, elusive ones (both indoor and out) and routinely provided updates to assure us that all was well. She brought in the mail and cultivated a warm and caring relationship with both our cats and us. We felt perfectly comfortable with leaving our pets in her capable hands while away.
