Brought our dog there for a grooming. Picked him up an hour later and was very disappointed. His head was trimmed unevenly and the most important places were never touched. He had dried poop on his butt, didn't touch his nails and his feet weren't trimmed. I was told beforehand it would cost $60 but was charged $81. We wont be back ! read more

We have been shopping at this store for a very long time, and they always were great. The staff was helpful and they had plenty of items in stock. Especially the biscuits in bulk, as we have 3 large dogs. The dogs loved them, and they were always in stock. However, they moved from their initial location, and, I understand the pains of moving from one place to another. Yet, 3 weeks ago, we stopped in to the new location, along with our biggest baby, Loki, to get more of their"cookies", as well as inquire about having their staff groom our babies. The biscuits we wanted were not in stock, so, we asked that they order them and call us when they come in, as well as asked that their groomers call about caring for our dogs. They have our number, as we have an account. We waited 2 weeks, with no call, so I called the store to see if the biscuits had arrived. She assured me they have. As for the groomers, they weren't at the store, and we should call again.. Ok, so Monday, my husband travels the 26 miles to get the cookies, only to find they were not in, despite being told to the contrary. I get there are issues when a business moves, but, the staff should have at least been more honest. read more

Friendly staff, if you need something they don't have they will special order it for you. Clean and well organized store for ease of shopping. After several years of obtaining our special order food one occasion,they did not have stock when I went to pick it up. I suggested to keep extra bags just for me so it would be available when I needed it. I always came in between every three to four weeks. I even bought an extra bag to keep stock at home. After the 4th time in a year of not having the food available, I had to look elsewhere. We really try hard to buy local as we own a local business ourselves. We could not risk running out of this special food for our dogs. Unfortunately we can't support this local establishment any longer for risk of running out. We were forced to purchase on line. To my surprise ,We saved a considerable amount for the same product, and it's delivered to our door at no cost when we want it. read more
