I used this company to treat a rental property in north London (Colindale) against bedbugs. The…read morefumigation was a resounding success having exterminated every bug in the property. I've subsequently had them remove squirrels from my loft at home in Swiss Cottage. They placed traps in the loft and caught the squirrels that same night. I'm very happy with the service they have provided thus far, to the point I've made a booking to fumigate my in-laws house against carpet moths. I'm confident I won't be disappointed. A friend also used them last year to do a heat treatment for bedbugs in a room of his house, and as with me he too was singing pest control london 24 praises. Very professional and well priced.

I reached out to Roger one Sunday evening having found what a neighbour said were carpenter ants in…read moremy flat. Roger spoke to me at length on the phone and asked me to try to obtain a picture so that he could identify what it was so that he could tell me over the phone (at no cost) before I could decide what action to take. Very late that same evening, I managed to send Roger the picture and he could identify it straight away as being a German cockroach. Roger could tell how worried/distressed I was on the phone and offered to come over. He was punctual, extremely polite and very reassuring. He talked me through the process and explained how I shouldn't be alarmed but warned that there was a chance I would find a few dead ones over the coming days. No question was a silly one for Roger. He was extremely patient with me and available late in the evening/at weekend and worked around when it was convenient for me. True to his word, I did find a couple of dead cockroaches but the problem seems to have resolved itself. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Roger for being so honest and reliable. The "after sales" care has been wonderful and he has proven that he is just at the other end of the phone if you need him.

Realible and friendly service. Roger and his son spent time with me on the phone before and during the treatment to explain the various steps and went the extra mile to sort the problem out. They came highly recommended and lived up to my expectations.

Solar Panel Pigeon Deterince Huntsman Pest Control and Daniel is awesome with the best attention to…read moredetail I have seen since the Army if not better! I can not remember the last time I have felt so valuable and important as a customer like Huntsman made me feel. I felt like they are more interested in a successful and 100% fully complete job than they are about the job. Quality before price and quantity of jobs. They came to my house to give me a quote. They recommended some pre-service prep that was not directly applicable to the service but would make the end result quality of the job better. They came back out and spent a few hours putting wire around all of my panels in 2 different areas of my roof on a very steep pitch. After the job was done, we found that there were baby pigeons stuck inside under the panels. As much as I hate them and just wanted them to die, that wasn't the answer. Huntsman came right out and got them out and they hopped and flew as well as they could away. I called them back again because I still had pigeons that came back to hang around on the roof but they had no nest to go to or shade to hide in. Huntsman had other devices they could use and charge me more for with added labor, but instead made observations and recommendations for waiting for the heat and the lingering smell of the previous birds, nest, and feces to go away. Then the pigeons would go away too. Huntsman was right again. While I was talking to them, they noticed little bees flying inside and out of a step on my porch without any questions or cost, they sprayed to get rid of them. They were so small and discrete I would have never even noticed them. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Huntsman Pest Control LLC (US not UK) for any service they offer.

Very disappointing service with no results…read more I contacted them for mouse infestation in my flat. The responded very quickly and proposed a solution, which I accepted and paid for it. The solution unfortunately didn't work at all, I still have a mouse in my flat two weeks later. I tried calling them and finding alternative solution but they kept asking for more money and refused to come for a second visit or do a refund. I'm very disappointed in their service, not only because their solution didn't work but because they never gave at least minimum amount of effort to find a solution. Their actions proved they're only looking out to make money, not to provide any value to the customers and solve the situation they've been hired for. Very inefective and unprofessional.
