My sauna room was set up really nice. They placed towels in there for me and set up the tv so I could watch what I wanted while in the room. Great for relaxing. I felt very comfortable here and could've stayed for longer than my 50minute session but its not recommended so you dont get too dehydrated. I could definitely see myself getting a membership. I felt so good afterwards. Highly recommended and can't wait to come back.

I got a chance to visit Perspire: Sandy Springs with my fiancé. When I first arrived, it was a little difficult to find parking, but eventually I found one close to the apartments. Perspire is in the perfect location, as it's in its own little fitness hub with another gym, a smoothie spot, shops, and restaurants. Once we entered, we were greeted by Micheal. Micheal thoroughly explained everything to us and even provided us a tour of the facility. Everything was nice and clean. He showed us our room and the color light therapy options. Inside the rooms, they provided towels for us and there was also a television. You have the option to watch a variety of channels from YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc. The 50-minute infrared was everything and more. The sauna gets super hot, but you have the option to make adjustments to the temperature. Prepare to SWEAT!!!! We felt amazing after our session. We kept the infrared lights on blue because we wanted to relax and we definitely felt super relaxed after our session. Perspire also offers showers and if you're a member they have an member's suite, which has a shower and a sauna on the inside. They offer bigger rooms, which are the even numbers, if you want to bring someone with you! Additionally, they offer monthly memberships. Overall, we really enjoyed our Perspire visit and look forward to visiting again.

I'm so honored to have been selected to enjoy such amazing experience through Yelp Elite week. From the time I walked through Perspires doors, I was greeted with nice smiles, open arms and overall soothing welcome by Mila! She's such a light, so attentive, extremely kind and thorough about the business. Mila gave me a tour of the spa Stuido as well as showed me to my own private room, provided thorough instructions regarding proper usage of the sauna as well as educated me on the different light therapies and the benefits. The private room is a nice size room with a wall mirror, a wide screen TV, a chair to sit and relax and break from the sauna or to place your things on. A cooling towel was present with a mini sample of a Raw juicing product in which I'm very familiar and a pair of eye patches. Within the sauna there is a little storage unit you can place you mobile phone, keys any type small items. However, I would not suggest storing your mobile phone there because it still tends to heat up so just leave outside of the sauna in the room area. You're able to view and listen to the tv programs of your choice ( Netflix, Hulu, YouTube to name a few) from inside the sauna,by the way has an excellent sound system! The session lasted 50 minutes long. You're able to wear clothing such as swim like wear of some sort or you can enjoy the sauna in your birthday suit lol. I elected my birthday suit (lol) to get the most out of my experience. Don't worry, all guest are supplied with towels in their rooms to wrap up in to feel more comfortable and so you're not letting it all hang out LOL. You have capability to control the temperature from inside the sauna, but as Mila advised, for first timers its best to keep the temp between 150-155, totally your own personal preference. I did opt to take a few breaks here and there. Maybe as I continue to go back and get use to it, I can stay inside entire duration but BOY OH BOY that heat is absolutely NO JOKE! There is an automatic water filter located in the lobby of the studio, so feel free to refill your water bottle as needed. The sauna is catered to both males and females. There is a very nice clean spacious restroom area to include a walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head ( I'll include a video) to utilize should you want to freshen up at the studio afterwards. The shower does have shampoo, conditioner, body soap dispenser. However, my next visit I will be better prepared and bring my own necessities. My only hiccup is the parking. Although there is several parking surround the studio it also shares this space with other residence and other businesses so getting a parking spot directly in front of the studio maybe a challenge. However, there is a parking deck the sits right underneath La Padilla restaurant located in the same plaza across from Perspire a short walk away. Shouts out to Gretel and the Perspire Team for coordinating this event! I had an amazing time! I had not met Megan in person who is the studio Manager however, spoke to Megan on the phone and she is awesome! Megan and Mila's kindness and compassion has swayed me to want to return to the studio and look into membership options. I've even started referring family/friends to check them out. I highly recommend PERSPIRE! You will feel like a total renewed person when you leave, trust me, you won't regret it!

I came here spontaneously on a Sunday afternoon upon realizing I never used my intro offer ($20 for first 40 minute session). I was able to quickly and easily schedule an appointment online. They have several rooms and flexible hours, which is great. I love going to saunas but always feel uncomfortable when I'm around too many people in the sauna so the private sauna option is great. I can see from previous reviews that parking can be a challenge due to all the businesses and restaurants in the area. However, I was able to find a spot right in front of Perspire. Upon entering, I was greeted and given a brief tour and was how to adjust the temperature and lights if needed. The sauna was within an enclosed room with a TV and chair for your belongings or if you wanted to take a break. You were also given a cool wet towel for after your session. 40 minutes flew by as I watched Netflix and I came out feeling refreshed. I'll definitely be looking into a membership or coming again!

Love this place. I've been going pretty hard the last few weeks and this place is literally 4 minutes up the street. I love how it's no contract, based on number of businesses and that they have showers available and your room ready

There is no expiration date listed anywhere on my receipt or email confirmation, and I was never verbally informed at the time of sale that the sessions would expire after six months. The studio was then closed for several months for renovations, which significantly limited my ability to use the package. When I contacted the studio about using the remaining sessions, I was told they had expired and would not be honored. When I asked for documentation showing where the expiration policy was disclosed, or how sessions were extended during the closure, they could not provide anything. Instead, I was repeatedly told "all packages expire" without being shown where that was stated. The only solution offered was that I purchase a new package in order to attach the expired sessions. What made this experience worse was how rude and dismissive the communication was. My questions were met with curt responses, blame was shifted to me, and I was essentially told that if I wanted to leave a negative review, they "could not stop me." There was no effort to explain clearly, take responsibility, or resolve the issue professionally. This was extremely disappointing customer service and poor handling of a legitimate concern. If you buy a package here, get every single term in writing, because if there's a dispute later, you may be met with hostility instead of help.

It…read morewas a nice experience for the $15 trial, and to be able to experience both the infrared sauna and cold plunge for that price (via an IG ad). IMO it's only worth buying a package for special occasions (if you want to treat yourself), however a monthly unlimited or limited memberships are too expensive for the sauna and cold plunge. To make it worth it for the unlimited, you'd need to go multiple times a week. It might be more worth it if you add the gym membership for just a little extra but for the sauna + cold plunge membership, you'd have to go at least once a week for any of the memberships (limited or unlimited), to make sense. They count one session as either the sauna or the cold plunge (not both together). So to get both you have to use 2 sessions, which sucks. One session should include a complete set of both. The gym was completely empty and practically all saunas were too, so i'm not sure how profitable this place is. Only a couple of saunas are supposed to go to 175 degrees. I supposedly used one of those on my visit, but the hottest it ever got was 164 and even that decreased from time to time. They recommend no longer than 20 mins at a time. I more than doubled that time staying 42 mins and still wasn't satisfied with the level of sweat/temperature. Which makes it even more not worth it membership-wise. I need a GOOD sweat and this was lacking that for me. The cold plunge was 47 degrees and they only recommended doing it for 2-5 minutes at a time. It was a great feeling and i'd do it again for $15. But worth it for a membership??? - Uhm not so much. Lastly, after experiencing infrared and because of the temperature concerns of not reaching above 164 F, I much prefer the dry sauna (a la LA Fitness). Yup, I can get that at LA Fitness for a fraction of the cost and leave there feeling great with a high metabolism due to all the sweat. This place didn't make me feel that way. Yes its much cleaner than LA Fitness (depending on which LAF you go to), and there's something to be said for that because you want that in a sauna, but all other things considered, price matters especially for what you get. I wish they would consider lowering the cold plunge prices (considering the short nature of it - it's not like you're chilling in there like you would a hot tub for a prolonged period - so I don't get why it's so expensive); either that or double the number of sessions - for the "limited" membership for that particular service. If there was a steam room too it'd be worth it. Or better yet all 4. Steam room, dry and infrared saunas, and cold plunge You do get a private clean room, vit c filtered shower and towels. There is also an iPad in the room to "listen" to whatever you want while there, including "listening" to youtube (not to be confused with watching)....if that matters - but IMO its pretty standard. I wanted this to be 4 or 5 stars, but it just didn't deserve more than 3 stars at the end of the day overall mainly due to price not matching the services. if I lived in the neighborhood maybe but I couldn't see myself driving 25 mins each way multiple times per week for it. The guy that I spoke to on my visit also said he would follow up the following week. I'm still waiting. Lol.

We live in Nashville and I miss having a Korean spa around after having had many visits to a very large famous Korean spa in Dallas. I have visited ATL before just for a visit to a local competitor which had grown disappointing. We are SO GLAD we visited this place! It was clean and a nice size! Some of these (been to them in Dallas/ATL/Chicago/NY) can be smaller. This one has nice large saunas though not clearly marked as to temp*. I like to know these things. Not one of them was very warm at all but they were all very comfortable. The restaurant area is large as well and has lots of offerings, we tried several different drinks and food during the day. Honestly the food wasn't very good and the drinks are pre-processed so very sweet. We ended up just drinking water. The food we had was a fried. I started with 3 roasted eggs and it was the best thing I had. There may have been better options but we had planned to eat a nice meal that evening so no biggie. The wet area only has 2 hot tubs, both were the same temp* and neither had jets. The showers are nice and clean. The sauna was nice and hot :-) I personally like a nice quiet subdued environment but this one was not controlled that way and got a bit roudy the later it got. We both indulged in services. My husband a 80min massage deep tissue massage and I had the 90 min scrub/oil massage treatment. Both were done very well! My person was "#8" and I would highly recommend her. It is more costly than most to get in - $39 pp. We knew we would be getting services and food so we bought the $500 gift card deal which includes 2 entrances. This easily covered all we spent, including tip, and we had $$ left over but it had gotten very busy so we weren't able to get in for a 30min reflexology session. So we left with money which means we have to Go Back! #GirlsTrip I saw many first timers (forgetting to take your shoes off is a rookie mistake) Do yourself a favor and make time to visit! I would suggest another day than Saturday but if you get there early (10am) and leave by 5pm, as we did, you will still have plenty of time to relax and have services completed.

Wishing I did it! Instead we opted for a couples massage. They have a signup board by the entrance where you sign up and return with your assigned time. I will say the massage was pricy and I think we're going to do the scrub next time since it's exclusively available here. Food that we tried was the bimbimbap and the strawberry smoothie. Definitely decent for the location. Overall not bad for the admission price and fun experience.
