It was the…read morefirst time for all of us to go through this experience at Radiant Life Holistic Wellness Center, and I loved it! Sound bowl therapy uses the calming vibrations of sound bowls to improve anxiety & tension, boost mood, work on our chakras, increase spiritual well-being and restore harmony to both the mind and body. Natalia was our sound bowl therapist and was calm, spiritual and enlightening. I can't wait to go back and do this again. Natalia also is a Reiki master. I've done Reiki before and loved that experience as well. It was interesting to hear Natalia's thoughts of what she felt was going on with each of us at the end of the session. Two of us had the energy of our loved ones with us during the session, and I was lucky enough that Natalia felt the energy of my dad. I was able to tune out everything around me and delve into the experience, but my friends said they heard people talking within the other parts of the studio, such as massages and other therapies in other rooms. One gal said she felt like getting up and going outside to tell the people to not make so much noise. Again, I was very into what Natalia was doing and focused that I heard nothing and wasn't bothered by any outside noise. Maybe it would be simply scheduling things at different times for complete silence, I don't know. It wasn't an issue for me. If you haven't taken part in a sound bowl meditation, it's a very relaxing and spiritual experience. I highly recommend Natalia for sound bowl meditation. I can't wait to go back for another sound bowl or Reiki experience.

She is incredibly attentive, gifted, and makes sure you are comfortable. Located in beautiful, southwest Chicago suburban neighborhood. Upon opening the treatment room door, I was met with a supportive atmosphere lit by a candle in a sconce, sounds of relaxing music, and the beautiful Spirits of Tara's sacred bowls. She asked if I was having any pain at the beginning of the session; I felt some in my neck and lower back. During the session, I experienced the white Crystal Bowls, and Brass Metal Bowls carrying the Spirits of the energy that Tara channels through these magical instruments. She placed the bowls around me as well as directly on my body as she played and brought forth their beautiful, transformative sounds. This interaction with my field felt so nurturing and relaxing; I realized at one point that my earlier pain was gone. The aromatherapy at the end was a delightful surprise. This session exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning and referring.

When she went to go check her computer she mentioned she had 4 more appointments she was unaware of. How often are you checking to see if you have BUSINESS? She said she was unable to read me because I was blocked (which has never been an issue to any other intuitive in the past). She talked a lot about herself, her background, her classes, irrelevant things to me and my session, etc... but not a whole lot of focus on me. Definitely made me angry to pay $50. Her place smelt of smoke, she hardly made any eye contact with me. Her professionalism and ethics are questionable. I was not asked to fill out any sort of paper work, there was no privacy where she was doing the "reading"- given the sensitive nature of these sessions (someone who walked in would have been able to hear everything and see me), and her cell phone kept going off (vibrating) during the session. Don't understand how she has such a large following. It's upsetting to me that people are buying into her and are experiencing this when I know and work with such higher quality and gifted professionals.
