Very disappointing! Loving fish and living in Franconia there are not many places to go. So we have…read morebeen here several times and have worked our way through the menu. And after the 4th time I realised that, no the food is still average and not that good and very over priced for what you get. I have tried the Forelle müllerin art, it was ok but have had much better ones elsewhere. Tried the carp Blau and it was average too. The salmon with pasta was quite nice but the tempura veg was just deep fried over-cooked veg and not tempura battered with Panko breadcrumbs. The trio of fish was quite average as well. cheese platter was ok but not exceptional. Overall, i dont think i will be back in a hurry.
