I joined personal Self Defence after my husband had been training there for over a year and I'm so glad I did. In the eighteen months since I signed up, I've made great friends and my confidence has grown. Being a nurse, I feel more confident now getting to and from my car after a night shift and dealing with aggressive and difficult people. I feel more coordinated and capable generally and my flexibility and fitness improved.
Mr Tas has a fantastic teaching style that he adapts to suit each individual student. He knows when to push you to succeed and is incredibly encouraging.
It's great training with other women, but also with men so that you could deal with a real life situation outside the Dojo.
