Belinda, who is the owner and hairdresser at Belicious Hair & Beauty, is very talented with hair cutting and styling. it is no wonder her business has received plenty of positive referrals. It may be known as a 'home business', however, the salon has a separate entrance to the home and when inside the salon, you will find it is fitted with art deco styled interiors. It has a boutique feel- I love it! As you get your hair cut and styled here, you can relax and enjoy the music playing or bury yourself in magazines. FYI; there are plenty of the latest fashion and gossip magazines laid out next to the mirror. The service here is professional and Belinda makes you feel like a princess whilst you get your hair done. Because she usually takes one client at a time, you'd feel spoilt and pampered here. She takes her time to achieve the cut and style the client wants and also has a great understanding for what styles can or cannot suit, so don't feel afraid to ask for her suggestions. Belicious Hair & Beauty is by appointment only, so make sure you give her a call to discuss hers and your availability. Depending on location the service is available as a mobile service, which is perfect if it's hairstyling for weddings or special occasions.

She takes pride in her work, her scheduling is great you never get rushed out and she is always happy to work with you to get that exact style you want. I have never been one to follow a hair dresser around, I have always just been happy to get it done and get out, but since I started going to Belinda I always leave feeling just so amazing and my hair stays healthy and shiny for weeks. In fact I have even moved since I first started seeing her and I now travel from the west side of Brisbane just to get my hair done.

Nick Dorogavstev from Avers Cloud Solutions has helped me enormously with the bookkeeping processes…read moreof my business. He helped me easily make the transition from my previous bookkeeper to Avers Bookkeeping Services. He transferred all of my data and set up all of my bookkeeping systems in Xero. He then spent many hours training me in the aspects of using Xero, so that I understood Xero and being able to now do all my own invoicing. Nick took the time to write me an easy to follow manual with a step by step, pictorial instructions. I wanted to set up a monthly payment subscription for all of my new members joining and Nick helped me to source the very best, cost effective, simple and low maintenance method for subscription based businesses. Nick then again wrote an easy to follow manual so that I could process all my new membership fees via mobile phone at cafes myself. This new payment method greatly increased the membership numbers of my weekly networking group. Since we implemented this at the beginning of January our conversion rate has greatly increased. This new method is simple and easy to use for both my members and myself. We now have all of my members using this simple system. It has also given me a regular cash flow in my business and is keeping my clients very happy. Keeping on top of my receipting is now so easy with 'Avers IBookeep App'. I simply take a photo of all my receipts using this App and then it is processed and reconciled ready for my Monthly P&L. Nick then sits down with me monthly to go through and explain the numbers in my business to me. I now have a clear understanding of the financial side of my business and can easily plan for future growth. Due to this, I am now opening my fifth networking group on the Gold Coast on Friday 8th May 2015. I can highly recommend Kirsten Blake and Nick Dorogavstev the Directors of Avers Bookkeeping Services as true professionals that are use easy up-to-date methodology. They take the stress out of bookkeeping for small to medium sized businesses. So I can now focus on growing my weekly networking group, which is my true PASSION. I would be happy to talk further about Kirsten and Nick. If you would like a great bookkeeping team for your business, call Rose Gibbens on 0478 201 866 for a verbal reference. Ardor SEO completed work on website from November 2017 to April 2018. Kris Reid made big promises…read morebut the work was absolutely horrible. I knew there was a problem when he overcharged me, admitted it in an email, and then refused to refund me. I did a charge back on my credit card for the extra charges and he doctored his original proposal to say these were recurring monthly charges when they were not. I have emails to prove it all and include those emails on a YouTube review I did on the company. Besides the billing issues, they had grammar errors, typos, irrelevant writing, and many other problems with the work they did. Their big sell was getting me authority links. The links they got my site were horrible. The sites were tiny with no traffic and did not even show up on any website ranking sites like Alexa. After our dispute those links and articles were removed by Kris! To give an example of their bad work one title on my article was changed to "Real Estate Worth Coaching?". Do you know what that means because I do not. Kris also claimed he had many happy customer recommendations on LinkedIn. I contacted those people and they had never used him for SEO work. He was on their podcast and convinced them to leave a recomendation. I have also had many bad reviews pop up on Facebook, YouTube, google, and my blog after this dispute. They are from brand new fake accounts. Some accuse https://investfourmore.com of being bad at renting apartments or stealing earnest money. Investfourmore is a blog and does not even deal in apartments. People from inside Kris's own company admitted Kris had a project to destroy my reputation. These people talked to me because after they quit ardor Kris refused to pay them wages they had earned. Stay away. Kris is one of the lowest of low lifes I have ever met. I will be fine and my site will survive but hopefully this saves others from being ripped off.
