The terrace is a nice place to sit and have a coffee and watch the world pass by, if not a little loud due to traffic. In conclusion it's ok if your passing and fancy a bite to eat or a coffee but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

And yes, I have been to the Czech Republic and Germany, and to date I have not been to a country that makes a better brew. This is a country who's beer makers design a special glass for each of their products. And restaurants and beer houses will stock every single on these glasses. Now that is dedication. Fresh off the train from Paris and after checking into our hotel, the first item on my Antwerpen agenda was to dive into a beer. Immediately after walking out the front door of our hotel I looked to my left and spotted 't Parlement. No words were spoken and with a nod from my wife and our friend we headed down the street for croque madams, fries and Belgian ales. 't Parlement is a casual restaurant offering a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of decent food and drink options. The staff is attentive and friendly and eager to offer recommendations on which beers might suit your taste buds the best. Christoper Columbus did not "discover" America nor did I discover beer. But finally finding my beer Disneyland has helped fill my life with happiness. Beer, you complete me.

Staff are polite and friendly though the atmosphere in here is strange, even with plenty of people up sitting around the bar it still didn't give off a great vibe or I don't know, maybe it's my fondness of the Irish pub way.
