That he will say he can fix your problem, then randomly drop off and ghost you after paying. I came in with an issue regarding my apartment, he assured me that we could fix it and take my HOA to court. When we spoke he had no secretary so had to take multiple calls during our meeting and answer the door during the recap of my issues. Which would have been no problem, however, I had to recap about two years worth of information in our meeting where at the end he told me that I talked too much. This was after my payment and trying to pick up the story multiple times after waiting 15-20 minutes between each interruption. Gilberto assumed that I did not have enough money to proceed with a lawsuit. I had gotten my finances put together so that I can proceed with the means necessary to get my issue resolved. Which I knew entailed more than the $150 consultation fee, as he was very worried that I didn't understand it costs thousands to sue someone. After sending out one demand letter it seemed that he was done helping me with my case. I had gotten an update in person and tried to talk with Gilberto again. I left a message with a secretary and sent an updated email with no response to either. I've moved on with a different lawyer. I would think twice before handing out money to this "attorney", as he seems to like to do the easy parts rather than actual cases. Good luck.

Gilberto said he'd take care of it. It has been 2 years, I've reached out to Gilberto many times looking for a status update or confirmation that the job has been completed. I haven't heard back from him in nearly a year and the last update was that the job was still incomplete. He mentioned he'd work on completing it but he hasn't responded to any outreach in the past 8 months. He has already been paid for the job. I hope others have a better experience.
