Craig and his team are the best in the business! After always putting this project off we finally got it done! After calling several cesspool companies I decided to go with Perkulator Cesspool. Craig the owner came out and explained to us why our cesspool system wasn't working properly and how other companies are ripping people off. Craig is a Navy Veteran like myself. I loved that he was honest, knowledgeable and his prices are really reasonable. They came out and installed 4 rings, 4 slabs and 4 covers and a new main drain line. We have a tight backyard but Craig and his team were very careful and completed the job with no issues. We highly recommend Craig for all your Cesspool needs! read more

Guy broke my sprinkler system and "perkulated" the cesspool I wanted pumped. Said no one pumps anymore and that is outdated concept New to home ownership so little did I know ,$600 for this non helpful job was a rip off. Plus he made some real off colored remarks about the previous owner. I do have a camera in my front yard and I save these type of cash transactions for this reason in case he wants to say he didn't ruin my sprinkler system and yard. He should be ashamed of himself and when you see his add in the pennysaver or online run! read more

Best cesspool company and plus is local , they did a great job , I recommend this company 100%

He charged me upwards of $200 to "unclog" my toilet with an auger. He took like a minute with the auger and acted like he fixed the toilet. The next day I flushed the toilet & it started backing up again. I called him back and asked for a refund which he screamed at me about. He reluctantly issued my credit card a refund. He told me not to call him again and to go F myself. Really, Craig? You're a coward. You hung up that phone real quick you scammer cause you knew I called you out on your lie. This guy will come to your house without a pump truck and try to pressure you in a very pushy way into a service called hydro jetting. Mind you, he doesn't have a pump truck so this is all he offers. He wants to hydro jet the cesspool that day or he won't come back and he wants cash so he can run and never come back. I don't live in a commercial building. I don't need hydro jetting nor your verbal abuse. Sounds like from other reviews he'll leave your lawn totally ruined & a mess from the excavating. read more

Craig and his team came over to my home today and explain in detail what they come across with my old cesspool system. Through analysis and using the snake camera, he was able to assess my aging cesspool. His recommendation is hard to digest and I respect his honesty and he is straight to the point. He was professional, courteous, and affordable. I most likely will do business with him to replace my cesspool system which is 52 years old with a modern system. Thank you, Craig, I will be in touch soon. Richard. - Mount Sinai NY read more

Left my mothers yard in horrible shape. Called and he told me to get top soil delivered... it's only a few hundred bucks. Started job without notice and paid a few hundred bucks extra to use him being he was local. Not satisfied with the aftermath. Didn't like his reply to my concern either. Will not recommend. read more

I am experienced at bidding contract work and took time to get 3 firms to my house to bid closing/filling my old cesspools and putting in a modern septic system that met the Suffolk County requirements for such a system. Of the 3 companies, Perkulator and their owner Craig, was by far, the most knowledgeable person I met with. His quote gave me several options and he talked me through the pros and cons in terms of placement on my property and what should be done depending on expansion of the house if I planned it. His listening and communications skills are second to none as is his expertise. He gave me an estimate for the job same day with details of what was included and there were no suprises or changes when he did the job - true to his word. I have read another review here where the person was complaining about the need for landscaping after the job. Yes of course you will need that done - Perkulator let me know about it and they are not landscapers. All during the work, Craig and his crew were as professional as they come and I can't say enough good things about the company. I learned first hand about Perkulator from a neighbor who had used them recently and raved about the company and Craig. HIghly recommended. Todd Harris - Northport NY read more

Craig was incredibly professional and quick. He was patient and answered all of our questions when our cesspool was close to full. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way to fix that and I'm grateful for the transparency. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Craig very professional explained everything that was happening and what he was doing very knowledgeable . I always recommend him !!!!!!!!

Craig and his crew were at my home today to look at some issues with our cesspools. Craig did an on-site assessment to see what the problem was. He explained what was wrong in detail. From the initial phone call to the final finishing touches he explained what he was doing at each step. Craig is a very honest businessman which we found very refreshing. We have used his service in the past and once again today. We highly recommend him and his crew. As it was necessary to open up two cesspools, he was very careful to do as little damage to the lawn as possible, taking care every step of the way. He left the area neat and clean grading the area where he dug the holes. If you want honest and quality work at an affordable price, don't look anywhere else...This is the company to hire. read more
