Caught a rock with my windshield last year and then again yesterday and I have some thoughts…read more These people cost a little more than some others but they come to you, they came out on a Sunday within a few hours of my calling, they didn't break my wipers like the last people I used, and the installation looks perfect. They also reinstalled/repointed my dashcam which I appreciate because I hate fiddling with that thing. Last year I reported the crack to my auto insurer even though it was below my deductible and now they've listed that crack as an "accident". I didn't make that mistake this time. In short, I will use Auto Glass 4 You in the future. They cost a little more but they came to me at my home (on a Sunday no less), they didn't break anything, and the work looks great. Next morning comes and Aren was very communicative about when he would arrive, keeping us updated with his ETA. He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. He's been telling me that the scar cannot be removed and you will still see it. What is the point to fix it then? I made my appointment online, which was pretty easy. I filled out the form and was also able to file the insurance claim through the process, which made everything more convenient. When I arrived, I waited in the lobby while the repair was being done. They had coffee, water, and Wi-Fi available, which was nice. I arrived around 9:45 AM and the repair was finished by 10:34 AM, so the whole visit was fairly quick. The technician who helped me was Edwin. He did a great job and explained everything clearly. He also let me know that there weren't any restrictions afterward, such as getting my car washed with a pressure washer. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience. The repair was quick, the process was convenient, and Edwin provided great service. I forgot to take a before repair pic, but the after pic you can see the chip filled in.

He arrived at 5:10, so I had an entire afternoon wasted while I waited. Windshield installed quickly, but tech gave up on calibration at 7:45 pm. He said the technology takes longer than the scheduler allots for them even if they can accomplish it (which he couldn't). So, I had to drive to their location and have the calibration done, which took about an hour.
