I ordered the Cowboy burger with fries and some bbq corn bites. The food came quickly. It was an incredibly tasty prime beef burger with perfectly golden fries. The corn was very tasty as well. If you happen to be in the area stop in for a really good burger. The staff is friendly and will recommend some great eats.

This place is located in the first floor of the Sir Adam hotel which itself has a lot of amenities. My complain is the service, you wait for several minutes to be seated, the staff is never smiling and seem as they are forced to be here. Maybe is a European thing? But with the US service, I'm not costumed to wait this long and waiters not being friendly.

When we got to the bar they said a group of 8 was too big even though we all bought tickets to the bar (no matter the time they would not let us in). They were not only rude about it, but they explained that there website clearly states that big groups aren't allowed in (I have looked at their website throughly and nothing says that, please correct me if I'm wrong). I have never seen a place that has a paying customer before they even reach the bar be treated so poorly. Anyways if you're going in a "big group" do not come here. For what it's worth all of us were from Chicago. Also this is the only yelp review I've written because of how bad this place is and how we got scammed (waste of 18 euros each). Melkweg was a way better option.

It offered the same unique atmosphere only clubs could do in the center of Amsterdam. To me it was actually a same of kid extension to the famous Trance Buddha two blocks away. Only the first time I didn't come in while i was with an asian lady. I read somewhere the owner stopped because it had been enough, he felt he had gotten too old for the late shifts.

I stayed at the hotel for New Year's Eve and was able to enjoy the NYE party at the lounge. I have to say that it was PRICEY! 150 euro per ticket is definitely steep. Not sure if this is typical for European NYE parties, but this was definitely high for what it was. The party cost included a glass of champagne and one drink. The drink lines were incredibly long and the bars were set up in spaces that made it difficult to line up without getting in others' way. The dance floor was a lot of fun and they had a great DJ. It was clear that you're paying for the view! The firework show was spectacular.
