The store was well organized & they pretty much had the same products I've seen at my local Sephora. I didn't really notice a price difference (even after doing quick currency conversions with my calculator) but what's nice is, in Spain there is no minimum spending requirement to receive any type of VAT refund. So, it was nice to get a refund back on the one product I did get from here, even if it was just a few bucks back. I got the Armani lip balm & actually really love it! Only thing is, I learned that they do not use the Sephora rewards they have in the U.S., so I will admit I was a bit sad that I didn't collect any points but I LOVE MY NEW LIP BALM hehe. Will be back again!

You get the whole store to yourself during this time. The owner, Thomas, took us on a sensory overloaded tour for the perfect fragrance for my body type. After reviewing dozens of scents we narrowed it down to 4 and tested them on my skin. There are tons of unique scents here that would be hard to find anywhere else. The prices were reasonable given the experience with scents ranging from 100-300 euros.

The location is good; it is right by the beach, and there is the Hilton Hotel across the way. The mall has three floors, including an outdoor area, which has a number of places to eat, including a Gino's Restaurant, as well as American fast food giants McDonald's and Five Guys. As you enter, you can find more big American brands inside, including Starbucks, Dunkin and Subway. Alcampo (large supermarket), Deichamann, Kiko Milano, Levi's, Primark and Sephora have stores here; there is also a small Nespresso stand. As I was staying at the Hilton Diagonal Mar during my August 2024 trip to Barcelona, I did visit this mall quite often, although it wouldn't be somewhere I'd go out of my way to visit. 3* - I do prefer La Maquinista or the city centre when shopping in Barcelona, as both have specific benefits over Diagonal Mar, but this is one of the few indoor shopping centres within the city, and it certainly is worth a visit on a rare rainy day or if you're looking to visit one of the stores or restaurants located here.

Bathroom is on the top floor in the corner, and yes guaranteed line! They however offer so many different brands at diff price levels and sales. There is a ton of staff manning every station, perfumes, designer bags, women's wear, men's wear, shoes and sneakers, dresses, suits, mens separates, kids etc. they have hair salon within, honestly I was hot, there was a group of female pickpockets that were roaming inside so keep your head on a swivel, busy hectic space, close quarters-- prime time for pickpockets. We were warned by another family while shopping that they witnessed it and they pointed the thieves out to me.

El Corte Inglés is Spain's only remaining traditional national department store chain, pretty cool. I love the clothing brands they offer here. At first, I thought all of their clothes would be super expensive but actually they have a lot of reasonably priced, good quality pieces! The first floor has some popular bag brands like Longchamp, Bimba y Lola, and more. Honestly, I wished we had something like this in the U.S. 9 floors of goodies!
