The instructors there are warm and supportive, plus you can't beat the pricing. No contracts, no pressure, no tricks, it's all focused on the teaching and the students. While it was very frustrating, I feel as though this is a great martial arts studio and should always be given a fair shot. When someone commented from the dojo after I posted this negative review, I always meant to go back and update it. OK, so i'm at a restaurant with my two 3 year old kids, my wife and 75 year old mother. We go to…read moreleave and a big black SUV is parked behind me, longways, blocking me and another car in. We can't back out of the parking spot. No one is in the truck but it's running. We wait a few minutes, and no one returns to the truck. So I go in the restaurant to see if I can locate the driver. After asking a few people, I see a woman talking to a man at the take out window. I over hear her ask him to please move the truck because she is blocked in. He said no. She asks again and he replied that he is not going to move it until his food comes out. She then walks away in fear because she is clearly half his size and he is being loud and obnoxious. I then approach him and again ask him to move his truck and he gets into my face and starts yelling and cursing at me in front of the other people in line. I then return with a few words of my own and he challenges me to a fight right there in the restaurant. I could tell we was in a "rage" so I attempted to walk away. At this time he put his hands on me, grabbed my arm and spun me around just to yell at me some more on how he's not moving his SUV until his food comes out. At this time the manager comes out to investigate. I just walked out and sat back in my car. This "man" and the manager then walk out, and in front of my wife, kids and mother continues to yell and curse at me. He then challenges me to another fight in the parking lot. I refused and took notice of his license plate. He then left and I was able to get out. After some research, I found out it was Jason Guerrera, the owner of The Shark Tank in VIneland, NJ. This incident took place in a restaurant in Vineland. (great way to drum up business for potential clients!) This is the "man" who is teaching your kids self defense. Really? This is the kind of "man" who can't control his own "rage" but will take your money and teach you discipline? He's a bully who yelled and cursed at a woman in a restaurant for something that he was clearly in the wrong, then challenges me to a fight and curses in front of my family. Very rude, disrespectful and not a man or role model to teach your kids.
