I inquired about it and she said she would order it and get back to me. Neither time did I receive a call back, even to just tell me they couldn't get it in. Also, I have a Living Social coupon and I've left two messages (because the Woodbury location has closed, not surprisingly) and I've gotten no call back. Would like to use my coupon, but will not support the store in any other way. Also, if I were trying to make a kids boutique survive I think I'd be extra friendly to my customers...not the case with the owner who frequently works in the store.

This outdoor mall is dying and today was the first I've been very frustrated with them . Not only are there a lot of vacant spots but they need to work on some signage too. I came to pick up some paper at Michaels and decided since my dog was in the car to take him for quick walk around the property. Let him stretch his legs . Had no intentions of going into any store and he's a calm dog so he wasn't going to disturb anywhere . No where on property were there signs saying anything about dogs not being allowed on property . It's an outdoor mall. A security guard stopped me and asked if I was blind . I'm sure he was trying to be nice and I have very little to say about him . He proceeded to tell me he was told to tell me that dogs were not allowed on the property . Wow ... I politely said I wasn't aware and there should be signs then walked my dog back to the car . This is dying location and it's sad to see that but now I really am not tempted to come back and shop here . Who asks if another person is blind ? It can be perceived in several ways. The best way to approach was to ask if my dog was a service animal . Wow....

I would know. :) Among the places I've been are H&M, Elodie Boutique (one of the only truly local businesses here!), DSW, Gap/Gap Body, LOFT, Banana Republic, Francesca's, Michaels, some sushi restaurant, Charming Charlie's, Victoria Secret, Express and New York & Co. Oh, and the ice cream place, Maggie Moo's. Objectively, the design of Woodbury Lakes is absurd for wintertime shopping. If it's busy, you usually have to park pretty far away and walk because there is almost never going to be spot on the main "street." I like it a lot in the summer though, because it doesn't have the mall madness atmosphere that you find in indoor malls and the parking lot madness of traditional strip malls. I just park near one end and happily stroll to the other. I'm told they do some crazy things around the holidays too... like, with real reindeer?

Pacifier isn't inexpensive, but the high quality is undeniable. From the moment you walk into the store, you are enamored with charm and attention to detail. Beautiful space and equally beautiful products. I am a believer--from clothes, books, high chairs, strollers, and wagons--you can't go wrong.

I had a nice event to go to in late December, when I was expecting everyone would be stuck in snow pants and winter boots but thanks to a "heatwave" I needed some nicer clothes in a hurry. Mathilda was the one who helped me out and went above and beyond setting up a whole outfit - really 2 - for me that I could wear out that night and even reuse for work in winter months. I was really impressed not only by Mathilda's enthusiasm and expertise but also her willingness to help and to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back to this location, especially if I need some great clothes in a hurry.

She loudly complained about her boss to everyone in the store. As I walked in she was cursing at 2 young women who looked as if they were about to cry. One of them told me it was her first day and she had been verbally abused the whole time she'd been there. I suggested she leave. And then a woman walked in with some clothing to sell and the person at the register yelled at her! " I don't have time to look through your sh!t . I left. Had hoped to buy some things for my grandchildren. Will never step foot in their again. And neither should you.
