JoAnn took her time and in no way rushing in styling an updo for me and also with my girlfriend that worked very well with our preferred hairstyles.  Also, based on her expertise, she suggested hairstyles best suited to our face shapes, which was in sync with our chosen styles. For events where reliability and timely responses are critical, this was extremely disappointing. I was not a bride, but I was still a potential paying customer deserving of basic communication.
