I wanted a tough coating that would repel water, give it a deep shine and make it easier to clean. Steve gave me a great quote and provided exactly what I was looking for. He even fixed a bad chip repair that had been done by a popular nationwide franchise. Steve's attention and eye for detail is amazing. When I dropped the car off he spotted the tiniest imperfections in the paint that I hadn't even noticed before and I could only see when he pointed them out. He removed every tiny little scratch, swirl mark and imperfection by giving the car a thorough detail all over, user various products to give it a really deep shine and then locked it in with a tough ceramic coating. When I picked the car up it looked better than it ever had in its life. Better than the day I picked it up as a brand new car. Now cleaning is a doddle and it stays clean. Steve sent me photo updates and messages as he made progress and let me know how it was going every step of the way. I would use Steve's services again in a heartbeat and I plan on taking my other car there for some rust repair. My cars are my pride and joy and it's good to know a business like this that I can trust.

After phoning the breakdown services we were told to receive a call from the breakdown company who would have to tow our car home to Liverpool. A short time after we received a call to say they where on their way. Iain turned up not long after. What can i say about the service of care we received .BRILLIANT... Our car was pulled onto the tower and we sat up front with the driver Iain, what a wonderful guy, he made our journey home very enjoyable and we soon forgot about being tired and being being on a bummer over the car. We laughed all the way home, Iain couldn't do enough for us. His level of customer care was outstanding. Thanks Iain you are a true gentleman. John & Mandy.

Quoted £95 for the repair to 1 item which I agreed to and told them not to fix the second as I would return with my tools to fix (was a simple case of securing an earth). Once I arrived with my tools 30 mins later, they had fixed the item I told them not too and were just about to start on the second. The work took longer than expected and then I was greeted with a bill of just over £180 for the work on both items (despite telling them not to do some of the work) I put my view across to the staff member on reception (possibly manager) who was fairly rude and aggressive in his response. The work done was to a reasonable standard but I will not be returning.

When I phoned them asking about what's the condition of my car and whether it'll pass the MOT test they told me they would have to replace a few car parts which they said would cost me and X amount of £. When I went over there to pick up my car after the parts had been replaced they had increased the asking price for the replaced car parts and they did not provide me with a receipt as to how much each part as well as the labour charges are worth. I confronted them about this which is why they changed the total price for the replaced car parts 2 more times which gave me the perception that they were making the price charges as they went along. I suppose they didn't have a fixed price list. Absolute waste of time and they've got no consideration for the customer.
