We found out more information from the Disney app and friends that recently vacationed there. Mary continued on a personal phone call telling the caller that her clients were just leaving after we just sat down. Mary made it very well known that she herself visits the Magic Kingdom often and actually just had returned, apparently she chose not to hook us up with her own valued information. I will never use Travel Hut again nor will I recommend it to my friends, we will do better on our own.

This rest area was ... interesting. Rather than a large building with bathrooms and vending…read moremachines, this stop had quonset hut-type buildings where you access single bathrooms via doors to the outside. I read online that this is a newer rest stop designed specifically for truckers, with several truck-long parking spaces. So with that in mind, I'm understanding this a bit more. The bathrooms were clean, which is important no matter the type of stop. We'll just remember this when we roll through the next time.

We started planning our destination wedding over 2 years early. We researched planners and set up…read moreappointments with a couple different companies. We experienced no shows and poor response times. We were super frustrated with the entire process. Enter Lori. We found her on a destination wedding site and she piqued our interest. We set up an initial meeting and were sold from the beginning. She had solid answers to our laundry list of questions with plenty of material to back it up. She listened to our very specific wants and knew just where to direct us. On top of that, she got us some great deals. We  started our process with a group size of approximately 40 guests.  Now enter COVID 19. Our original date was 10/10/2020. We had everything in place from rooms to flights to ceremony. Like many COVID brides, we decided to pull the plug and reschedule for 2021. Talk about scramble! Finding times that will work for a group our size was a nightmare since all the other couples were rescheduling also. But Lori not only held our hands through the entire process, she went above and beyond to seek out every avenue to make it less stressful on us both mentally and financially. She worked day and night to move us and our group to the date we chose and emailed, called and worked our flight and resort vendors to make it as painless as possible for my people. We lost nearly half our group in the reschedule and due to travel concerns and Lori handled all of my friends and family members with grace and understanding. Lori is knowledgeable, honest and my most FAVORITE Lori quality is her response time. I would email her questions anytime they popped in my crazy over anxious COVID bride brain and she would almost always respond right away. I told her multiple times to ignore me until her business hours and spend time with her family... She only sometimes listened We always felt like a priority and she never made me feel like a crazy bride... Even though I'm sure I was. Sidebar, in the middle of all the craziness (before COVID) I asked Lori to plan an anniversary trip as a surprise for my parents and she planned and organized an amazing unforgettable trip for them that changed their minds completely about international travel. They are now big fans. If you are on the hunt for a travel planner that can help you organize your dream trip, whether it's a vacation for 2 or a large group, look no further. CALL LORI. You will thank me.
