He read the message (I have a screen shot) but chose to not respond. He texted me to let me know I missed my apt. time. He scolded me and let me know how important my time must be. He failed to respond when I presented him the text showing he was aware I canceled. He must have grown tired of the awesome tips and regular appointments. He is rude and is a sloppy polisher.
