They ended up being booked out the whole following week, so we scheduled for the following Monday (so about a week and a day). I didnt mind because of the friendly service, the quote seemingly reasonable, and the car still being drivable in the mean time. We dropped the car off in the AM Monday and had it back Tuesday late afternoon. There was a short delay due to waiting on a part I guess! The car was fixed beautifully (well, as beautiful as a non replaced reattached bumper on an old teenage car can be...) and the quote was right on target with what we ended up having to pay. Easy modes of communication as well, as Reuben was flexible with communicating through Yelp messages, text messages, and calls.
