OK, it was not a party in my mouth, but I really give a credit to this foodtruck that it is not yet another interpretation of hipster hamburgers that are flooding Stockholm. I would say that the taste of the toast gives a good description of all Swedish cuisine: very simple, food from locally grown components and quite plane in the taste. Still, I would like to come back to try the roll. It seems to me that this foodtruck will be successful soon.

And THANK GOODNESS it's there, because we were starving and had no food in the cabin we had rented. We walked a good 4K to get there, and let me tell you, I do not eat McDonald's in the States EVER. But when I put that quarter pounder to my lips, it was the best thing I'd ever tasted. Okay, part of this was the starvation. Okay, maybe most of it was starvation. BUT... it was cooked fresh to order, and I found myself wishing I had ordered a double quarter pounder instead! The fries were crispy and tasted better than I thought they would in the middle of the night. If you find yourself in this little borough of Stockholm, I'm sure you can find better food. But if you're looking for something fast that's open late AND is clean and tastes good, you can't go wrong here.
