I am speaking from the sellers side of a recent…read moretransaction and do not know if the issue is the loan officers or their underwriters, but it all falls on VT Mortgage as far as I'm concerned. Not sure if the issue is lack of experience, arrogance, exerting control or a combination of all. Their never ending and last minute demands, request and changes of both up until the day before a scheduled closing on a basic family home in a great neighborhood that appraises above purchase price that cost one young family the home should give any prospective customer second thoughts.
