She didn't listen to our message or our phone conversation. Subsequent communication from the CU started with them bringing up this review. Not resolving the issue, the review. It felt as though their only goal was to have the review removed. The most recent person we spoke to finally untangled the mess and the issue was resolved easily. But again, the review seemed to be her priority. So, the review they were so concerned about is down, but I will not budge on the rating. A minor issue turned into a larger issue due to Park City staff not listening. They were less concerned about customer needs and more concerned with getting a review taken down.

The loan officer wanted us to sign paperwork that was totally wrong, pressured us to lock-in a extremely high interest rate and delaying obtaining the appraisal because "their appraisal department wasn't very good". On advice of the closing officer at our realtor we called Park City and thankfully Erica Curby was able to put together a loan package extremely quick and made the entire process seem easy to us, but I'm sure it was because of her skill and knowledge. I set up the account explaining I would receive a large sum of money-and set up the account specifically to transfer it locally. Both bankers neglected to give me ANY appropriate info on best practices. In a world where banking has mostly gone digital, practices change often & fraud is everywhere, I expect more if you want me as a customer-You failed at every step-others should know before they put their trust in you as well
