I have been to many temp agencies before and all made me feel like just a number. The people at office Team showed true professionalism while making me feel like a person. They made it cleared that they cared about both their clients and their candidates. I first worked with a woman named Christine F. who kept me informed about potential job opportunities. Later I got a call from Pat Zingarella telling me that I had an interview with a company that I was praying to have the opportunity to work for.I interviewed and started temping for the company. Unlike most agencies who just put you in a temp position and forget about you and who can't even remember so much as your name, Pat would call and check on me all the time. He would always ask how things were going and if there was anything he could do for me. He wanted to ensure that the job was a good fit for not only me but for the company I was temping for. I am happy to say; I got an offer from that company, for more money than expected. I am truly blessed to have worked with office Team and their staff. Never same contact people there, so ended up speaking to at least 7 different people to find out job details or leaving messages in which NO ONE called back. I have many years professional experience and to hear absolutely nothing from them on any jobs is impossible. Definitely do not recommend. Total waste of time and much effort.

This morning when she appeared for an interview at the Adecco office in Orange, CT, my wife Claudia…read morewas treated disrespectfully by TWO of this office's staff. One employee, a middle-aged man, noticing that Claudia is Latina said to her sarcastically "I guess you took the bus here". (As if most Hispanic women do not own vehicles.) The other employee, Latania, pressured Claudia into taking a housekeeping job (cleaning) in Bridgeport instead of the job that Claudia was to be interviewed for, a customer service position. Again, the assumption was that a Hispanic woman would be happy cleaning toilets. This office needs some sensitivity training and these two Adecco employees should become Adecco clients.
