Established in 2010.
People Essentials was set up by Michelle Bailey who has over 20 years HR experience with major organisation's including the NHS, Dixons Stores Group & Magna and SME's in a range of industries from IT and Warehousing & Distribution to Engineering and Professional Services.
Drawing on her diverse experience Michelle has developed a unique service for SME's aiming to give them access to the resources and expertise they need to make their businesses more efficient and able to grow.

Prior to establishing People Essentials I headed up the HR function of an IT services company and worked as a Non -Executive Director with Support Horizons a Community Interest Company.
My career has spanned both public and private sector organistions of all sizes but I've most enjoyed the pace, challenge and opportunity presented by working with SME's.
A generalist HR practitioner, with a highly practical and commercial outlook I have built particular expertise in;
- Employee Engagement - from communications, incentives and surveys to HR Audits, performance management, policy writing and pay;
- Change Management ranging from project management and Trade Union consultation to redundancy counselling and outplacement support,
- Recruitment including management of high volume campaigns, individual assignments for niche/scarce skills and senior executives.
