I took my laptop in the morning and recieved a phone call 3 hours later with an update on what the problem was, how much it was going to cost and how long it would take. Firstly I would like to add that the cost of repair was extremely competitive (upon cost comparison with their competitors) and secondly, the turnaround time was quicker than they stated. My laptop came back shining and looking brand new. I have complete faith and confidence to go back to Computrix should any other issue occur. They can fix a range of computer issues and do onsite board repairs. I highly recommend Computrix. Thank you for restoring confidence back in my laptop. I have since had no issues with it at all.
