Their website let me make a reservation for a truck. This location is closed Sunday so the…read morereservation was required from Saturday - Monday morning, charging you for two days. I was ok with all of this, but then received a call with less than 24 hours before my reservation pick up time where a representative told me the truck I had reserved would not be available. Rather than offering me an acceptable alternative (like a larger truck at the same rate), he only offered to charge me more for a bigger truck, or that I was S.O.L. I had made a purchase of a valuable piece of equipment that I need a truck to move. It was contingent on me being able to move it on a specific date. So now I will have to pay UHaul twice as much for a rental truck. Just ridiculous, will never do business here again.
