I came here almost a year ago to get my hitch installed and just recently my left blinker went out…read moredue to them not installing the wiring correctly. While looking to see why my blinker was not working I found more issues that had been due to them not installing everything properly. Such as them not securing my battery correctly with the bolts. This caused my battery to be loose and caused battery acid to leak. Luckily I caught the acid leaking before it caused any further damage. They did a very lazy install job considering how much I paid for them to do it. I recommend getting your hitch installed another place, or at the very least if you get it installed here double check that everything is put back correctly or you could have problems further down the road like I did.

U-Haul makes moving so convenient and inexpensive!…read more When I needed to rent a truck for a cross-town move, there was just a short line since it seems like they only ever have one worker at a time, and then it was minimal paperwork to rent the truck. We didn't have any problem with too many being rented out, and the worker was really helpful and understanding in working with us since we hadn't ever rented a truck before and weren't sure what to expect. Dropping off the truck was so easy--even though it was after hours, there was a website we just pulled up to be able to check in when we brought the truck back, take pictures of the required things, and turn in our paperwork. The charges were minimal for the miles/gas, and the base price was so low, it was such a painless process!

Picked it up at 4:45pm and dropped it off at 7:15p which was perfect bcz the rental was for 24hours. However almost 24 hours later I get a call asking were the trailer is. I dropped it off exactly were I was told to do so.... you could imagine the horror going through my mind with the owner asking me were this $5,000 trailer is. Let me just say they need a better check in process. I myself if I had a U-Haul business the first thing I would do is check in my inventory first thing in the morning. I would give them 5 stars bcz it was almost perfect but bcz of the scare and poor check in process I can only give them two stars. My advice to the renters is, drop off when you can make physical eye to eye contact. Sad and inconvenient but true. Happy moving to you all. Hope it's a pleasant experience for you all.
