We do not experience that feeling often in the States. Ordered our drinks (beer) as we were fresh off a super long flight. Ordered out food not knowing what we ordered. Quick and hot plus freshly made. I wish I had asked for my leftovers to go as they took them away and probably threw them out. :( I thought she was boxing them up but I was told you have to ask for that. Too bad as it was fantastic. Great little place. I can't imagine living in a place like this with a restaurant like this. Locals love it too. It would be amazing to be able to come back!

The level of service was impeccable and all members of the hotel staff - from the front desk to the bartenders to the spa attendants - were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Situated in the countryside, the hotel has a magical quality but is still close enough to the city of Salzburg to make tourist activities convenient. We loved it so much that we now intend to make a yearly trip!
