The fish is fresh and the meats are locally sourced. The dining room is nice, light and airy if a bit dated in style- kind of 80's and white tablecloths- but to be clear it's not at all run down. Everything feels clean and new. Excellent view of the lake, so it's worth calling ahead to reserve a table by the window. Very good wine list as well. Lots of gems.

My husband had fish that had been caught in Attersee, and I had some outstanding goulash. The prices were reasonable, and the gentleman who helped us was so nice. We ate indoors, as it was a bit rainy, but the also have a lovely deck that overlooks the lake. If I happen to make it back to Attersee, I would definitely return! The hotel grounds looked nice as well, it seems like it would be a lovely place to stay.
