We used a 3rd party booking service to book the room, but somehow the size of our party was lost in translation. The gentleman that checked us in didn't skip a beat and worked to accommodate the group including coming up to the room personally to put sheets on the pull out couch for us. Very comfortable and clean accommodations and a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommended when staying in Kitzbühel!

After the second serving the staff apologized saying the soup was taken from the wrong pot. We waited over one and a half hours for the main course. Three dishes were good but one filet steak was tough and hard to chew. Upon returning it, the waitress or owner came to our table, shouting at us saying she refused to make a new portion since we shall return it anyway. There are much better and friendlier restaurants in the area
