Price is reasonable, no less than 130 euros a night. The owner of this building is also lovely as well. I stayed here in the past and it was definitely a winner!

The location is perfect: two minutes from the Grotte Markt, close to the fashion district and minutes from restaurants, shops and even grocery stores. The m0851 guestrooms truly reflect how trendy Antwerp really is. Upon arriving, you can get your room key at the m0851 store. The door right beside it leads you up to the guest rooms. (Note: many stairs) There are only three rooms, and we were so lucky to get room No.3 for four days at a cool 120 euros/night. The guestrooms even come with your own library on the second floor with a great selection of books and movies you can choose from--not that you'll have the time. The room itself was so modern, clean and very spacious. The views of the street and the square from our window were amazing; right in front we could see the fashion museum and the Dries van Noten flagship store. The towels were changed daily, and as soon as we arrived, fresh flowers were put into our room. No iron unfortunately but there is a blow dryer. On our last night, we had no hot water and the owner came in first thing in the morning. Although she could not fix the problem because it was a national holiday and plumbers were hard to find, she wanted to give us a full reimbursement for our last night. What a sweet lady and great customer service. Highly recommend it!!!!

The rooms felt a bit outdated, wish there were outlets near the bed, but my biggest issue was about the cleanliness of the room and how it was outdated. There were spiderwebs in the shower, hair in the bed, the carpet was pretty dirty, and there was even a urine smell from one corner of the room. I should have said something but I wasn't staying long and I already unpacked and didn't want to go through the trouble so I just stayed away from that corner but there was definitely a smell in my room.

Ou room, #12 was up on the 1st (really second) without a scenic river view. During the day they was quite a bit of noise from tourists outside talking and taking photos. Our room was good sized with a faux fireplace and king bed. The large bathroom featured a double vanity, tub/shower combo and toilet. Our room rate included breakfast as well. The room decor could best be described as cozy cottage with subtle floral wall paper, well worn plank floors covered by an oriental rug and tall whitewashed wainscoting. The low ceilings and dark interiors added to the subtly. We arrived quite early on a train from Ghent so weren't able to get into the room but when we returned closer to 3, we were checked in and our rooms were even up already.

Get the #16 bus from Bruges train station to Wollerstraat and it's a five minute walk from there, if you go in the correct direction. On Sint Jakobstraat, it is located in the same building that houses a tattoo parlour. The owner, Michael, is a delight. He is a fantastic chap, who marked all the important bits on a map of Bruges and drew a walking route for us, with various landmarks along the way. He is such a gentleman and a star that he let us leave our luggage at the B&B whilst we went for a walk after we'd checked out and then later on dropped us off at Bruges train station when we were leaving. He speaks English, Flemish, Dutch, French, German and Spanish. I did not realise what I had booked until we got there. All along, I was under the impression that I had booked us a room in this B&B. We pushed the buzzer, walked in and Michael showed us around the ground floor, to the lounge, kitchen, dining area and the bathroom. He also showed us where our room was. And then he said "this entire floor is yours during the course of your stay." Only then did I realise that I had booked a 1 bedroom apartment for us. That entire ground floor apartment cost us 198 euros (around 142 quid) for both nights with breakfast included! Talking of breakfast, it was no ordinary affair. We had coffee/tea, orange juice, bread, cheese, meats, croissants and boiled eggs. Despite being in the centre of it all, we had two nights of peaceful, relaxed sleep. It truly is very quiet once you are inside and gives you a very cosy feel without leaving you claustrophobically boxed in. Based on this experience, I thoroughly recommend Guesthouse Silent Bruges and I sincerely hope Michael continues the exceptional job of hosting people who come to see a truly beautiful city!

Stayed here three times now, so I think it's time to write a review…read more I'm going to start off by saying Center Parcs is not my preferred type of stay. It's a true European holiday park, where they give you the cabin, a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave/oven and refrigerator, kitchen utensils...and not much else unless you get a better package. First time I stayed here, I didn't get the VIP cottage and quickly learned that there weren't even towels or toiletries at all. Quite the welcome. Since then, I've always made sure to get a VIP cottage. At least that guarantees you towels. But it also includes a sauna and hot tub, which is pretty nice. It also gets you bread in the morning. They make their bread fresh every morning, so I'm guessing that it comes from that. And yeah, don't expect A/C. The upstairs bedrooms can get very hot in the summer. They do have a center which has a grocery store, restaurant, and other activities. Not that I ever do any of the activities. But the idea of the holiday park is that you never have to leave it if you don't want to. Also note that this is very close to Circuit Zandvoort, so don't be surprised if you hear very loud cars if you are trying to sleep. The only reason I ever stay here is that it is generally the cheapest option for a group when compared to the hotels and Airbnbs in the area. Not ideal, but it serves its purpose.

It's not the cleanest cottages, but it does come fully equipped with pots, dishes, and utensils. Bonus is that there is a grocery store on the complex and you can also rent bikes here as well. Make sure you bring your own towel, or you can buy a thin one from them for a few euros. I'd come here again for convenience, though I do feel like the quality/cleanliness at the Airbnbs/hotels are probably better.
