Unser Schwarzwaldrestaurant ist vor allem für seine ausgezeichnete Forellenspezialitäten aus eigener Zucht bekannt. Unsere Küche wird daher neben dem Aral Schlemmer Atlas und dem Guide Michelin auch vom "Feinschmecker" in der Liste der Top400 Fisch-Restaurants geführt. Daneben bieten wir eine Vielzahl modern-badischer Gerichten an, für die wir vorwiegend nur regionale Zutaten verwenden. Das familienfreundliche Hotel, gemeinsam mit seinen zwei Gästehäuser verfügt insgesamt über 45 komfortabel eingerichtete Zimmer. Als Erlebnisgasthof bieten wir daneben einen großem Tierpark inklusive Streichelzoo, Abenteuerspielplatz und Wasserspielplatz, Mueseumsmühle, vielen Oldtimer-Tranktoren sowie einer eigenen Kapelle.

I was just OVERWHELMED by the great, careful service, the variety of sport, leisure and wellness facilities, several restaurants in different styles - all serving delicious dishes and drinks, as well as the scenic views around. Especially impressing is the breakfast buffet - at no wedding have I seen so much miscellaneous, beautifully served food at once :) I haven't paid for the stay so I can't say how expensive it really was, but judging by the age average of the guests, you have to have worked for some years to be able to afford it :)
