There are never long queues. Most people tend to pay in cash I noticed while I was last here. I do not know if they accept VISA. I miss CASHBACK facilities, too, when I go to supermarkets in the area. There is a good bakery as you come in where you can also buy meals for lunch, sit down or just enjoy a drink.

Not everything I see at nkd in Heiligenstadt is to my liking but sometimes I really discover a good fashionable bargain. In Heiligenstadt at nkd I bought a winter coat once. There is always something you could buy even if it is only a top. I still go to the Fachgeschäfte, local shops but yeah, every now and again to nkd - for me it is as much fun as going to a flee market in a big city and browse for vintage clothes. I like it!
