Spooky Nook Sports Complex in Spooky Nook PA is an impressive facility purely based on size alone…read more The complex is massive and at first glance it is hard not to be amazed by how much is packed into one location. There are countless courts fields and activity areas which makes it clear why this place attracts so many teams tournaments and large scale events. The variety of sports and amenities offered is a major positive. No matter what sport you are coming for there is a strong chance it is supported here. The layout allows for multiple games and events to run at the same time which is convenient for tournaments and families with kids participating in different activities. There are also food options and areas to sit which help when spending long days at the complex. That said the sheer size of the facility can also be a drawback. Navigating from one area to another can be overwhelming especially for first time visitors. Clearer signage and better wayfinding would make a big difference. It is easy to feel rushed or stressed trying to find the correct court or field on time particularly during busy weekends. Crowd management is another area that could use improvement. When events are in full swing the complex can feel extremely congested. Parking can be challenging and walking through crowded corridors with athletes spectators and equipment can become frustrating. The overall experience during peak hours feels chaotic rather than streamlined. The facility itself is functional but not always comfortable. Some areas feel worn and could benefit from better maintenance or updates especially considering the high volume of traffic the complex sees. Seating can be limited and not always ideal for spectators staying for extended periods of time. Overall Spooky Nook Sports Complex delivers on scale and opportunity but falls short in execution. It is an impressive venue with huge potential but the experience can feel overwhelming and tiring rather than enjoyable. With better organization improved navigation and attention to comfort it could easily earn a higher rating. For now it lands at a solid three stars.

Absolute money grab. Disney prices, Six Flags quality and customer service. Not kept clean, even…read morethe basketball courts had trash on them. The blue/plastic courts are falling apart, so many parts have missing pieces or trim missing. An absolute nightmare to navigate if you are handicapped or have mobility issues.

The most unprofessional organization I have dealt with in quite a while. When I called to check on…read moremy order (several months earlier), Austin, the employee I spoke with, was arrogant and couldn't have cared less. The mindset was that they were fine because he said the "club" was happy with them. This stunned me, as the parents were the ones I had heard complaining, but Austin felt they only had to answer to someone in Salt Lake representing the club, and not to worry about all the teams and players they were actually serving. In my case, I bought gear directly from their website, paid more to have items shipped to my home, and they still decided not to communicate with me after part of the order was shipped. The entire process of ordering kits is an absolute mess, and this company makes it worse. The lack of communication (something as simple as informing a customer that, instead of sending their items where they had paid you to send them, you have decided to send them somewhere else would be a good start. If your Club is forcing you to use them, I would get parents together to force the change. The club only cares about how much money/credit/swag they get back from Adidas or their chosen supplier. It is not about what is best for the players and teams.

We ordered a lacrosse helmet for our son. He was new to the sport. His helmet was special ordered…read moreand we were told it should be there within 10 days. After about two weeks, I called and we were told that it was back ordered and it would be another 10 days. After five weeks since I ordered the helmet, I called in again and they told me it was there. No one ever contacted me (like they said they would) and told me to come and pick it up. My son missed over a month of valuable practice time because he didn't have a helmet to wear. David also not give me a discount or any kind of compensation for the hassle and the time we had to wait for this helmet. I would not recommend this place at all. The customer service is terrible!
