I would give it even a lower rate if it's possible-was shopping today in this store with my friend when i noticed that bottom of my dress is wet.When i touched it i realized it was an urine and i was standing next to the pool of it!!!! I went to two (I think) managers standing near the checkouts and told them what happened. All I heard from them was ' Oh, sorry about that' and came back to .their conversation.They didn't offer me an opportunity to wash my hands or even a wet wipes.I was mortified.My day finished as I had to go home straight away to change as the smell of the urine was awful. It's a very sad thing if management can't deal with that simply issue.I was always thinking it's a clothing store but apparently it's a public toilet and management is fine with that.Very disappointed and NEVER gonna shop in this particular shop again as God only knows what else you can step into. read more
